The
Senior House Manager position is responsible for providing
supervision, security, and maintenance of the facility. The
person in this position schedules all House Management staff
on a monthly basis, prepares the weekly menu and grocery shops
for the facility. The Senior House Manager ensures compliance
with state and federal laws/regulations. Due to the importance
placed on security and community safety, this position is
vital to the overall success of the program. The position
must be filled by a reliable individual with excellent organizational

Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Criminal
Justice or related field preferred, Associates Degree considered

for a caseload of adult correctional clients who participate
in the Transitional Living Program in the counties of Dodge
and Jefferson. Involvement with clients is on an individual

plan monitoring of apartments in which the Division of Community

is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the TLP program

Sex Offender Treatment Specialist (Spanish Bi-Lingual) Part-Time:
Madison |
This
is a part time direct service position with ATTIC Correctional
Services, Inc. as a Sex Offender Treatment Specialist. The
person in this position is responsible for a caseload of adult
correctional clients who participate in the Sex Offender Treatment
program. Involvement with clients is on an individual basis
and in group settings, serving as facilitator/co-facilitator.
Responsibilities include screening/assessments, preparing
detailed treatment plans and relapse prevention plans, interfacing
with other criminal justice and community agencies, preparing
discharge summaries and other collateral reports, and maintaining
the client wait lists. Other duties include maintaining and
updating client files; staffings and phone calls with Department
of Corrections Agents as needed.
Minimum
Qualifications:
A Masters Degree, although a Bachelors Degree may qualify
with
experience in the field of
sex offender treatment.
One year experience providing sex offender treatment services
preferred.
Ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds.
Problem solving skills to make timely and appropriate decisions
in non-
routine situations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and staff records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
Good observational skills.
Ability to work well with limited supervision.
Must have minimum of 5 years driving experience while possessing
a valid
driver's license.
Must have and maintain a good driving record.

AODA Clinical Supervisor Part-Time: La Crosse |
| Part-time
position to provide AODA clinical supervision for Substance
Abuse Counselors in Training and Substance Abuse Counselors
working in La Crosse and surrounding areas. Duties include:
meet face to face 1-2 times per month as required by the Department
of Regulation and Licensing; supervise counselor development
plans; supervise the individuals in regards to counselor skill

Urinalysis Technician Part-Time: Madison |
| Part-time
position, Monday through Sunday, to administer urine analysis
tests to male offenders at ATTIC Correctional services, Inc.
located at 1709 S. Park St. , Madison , Wisconsin . Hours
vary: 8:30am – 11am or 4:30pm – 8pm daily. Person applying
could take some or all of the shifts available.
The
UA Technician is responsible for administering breathalyzers,
observing and testing male urine screens and maintaining office
security. The contract requires that the UA Technician be
the same gender as the clients.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
Excellent observational and interpersonal skills, ability
to work with
clients of diverse backgrounds
Must be detail oriented, organized and handle detailed paperwork.
Police science/corrections background helpful.
