Anger Management Counselor • Part-Time: Green Bay, WI

This part-time, direct service position is responsible for counseling and group facilitation using the Aggression Replacement Training (ART) to correctional clients in the Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). Duties will include, but not limited to: maintaining client records, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the Case Manager regarding client progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

Behavioral Assistants • Part-Time: New London, WI

We are looking for part-time Behavioral Assistants to fill in various shift vacancies throughout each month. The person in this position will provide direct supervision and behavioral guidance to intellectually disabled clients who have a history of sexually violent behavior, which includes transportation, escort, and assistance with daily living skills to the ID-SOT client. Each ID-SOT client will be assigned a Behavioral Assistant that will provide one on one, line-of-sight supervision at all times. Behavioral Assistants will rotate in pairs through 8 hour shifts to provide 24/7/365 assistance and supervision to ID-SOT clients. Duties include: monitoring client attitude, appearance, and behavior; completing paperwork and reports, documenting and reporting violations, maintaining communication with staff and supervisors, handling emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner, transporting client to approved locations/activities with own vehicle, providing informal guidance to clients on daily activities and independent living, and physically restrain client if required in emergency situations. There will be at least two trained staff on site at any time; the ability to work in an appropriately positive and supportive way with both client and staff is vital. The person in this position is required to have internet access to email and the use of an agency cell phone at all time when performing ID-SOT services. Behavioral Assistants will be required to maintain appropriate and professional boundaries adhering to the strict fraternization policy, and maintain confidentiality of all client and agency related information.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Case Manager will promote, teach, counsel, and assist the client(s) with increasing their independent living skills.

This part-time position provides support and assistance to House Management staff at each of the three facilities by providing on-call backup with security situations and acts as a general respite/relief resource. Additionally, the Overnight Security position will do random site checks on TLP apartments, transport interdepartmental mail, and carry out other duties as assigned by their supervisor(s). Other duties may include: monitoring whereabouts and behavior of clients, maintaining facility and client records and logs, assisting with fire drills and facility searches, performing urinalysis and breathalyzer testing, monitoring clients' Antabuse consumption and other medications, working relief shifts on an emergency basis as needed, and attending facility staff meetings as requested. This part-time, direct service position is responsible for administering breathalyzers, observing and testing male urine screens and maintaining office security. Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 2 years experience working with correctional clients from diverse backgrounds preferred.

  4. Collector must be same gender as client providing specimen for observed urinalysis (male).
  5. Excellent observational and interpersonal skills.

  8. Must be detail oriented, organized and handle detailed paperwork.
Wage: $11.47 per hour

There are two part-time, direct service positions; one in the Federal Drug Aftercare program and one in the Day Report Center in Marinette, WI. The Urinalysis Technician is responsible for administering breathalyzers, observing and testing female urine screens and maintaining office security. Duties include administering breathalyzers, observing urinalysis screens, answering phone calls and maintaining the security of the facility. Specimens will need to be dropped off at nearby postal service locations.
